    VINTAGE CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS SAND EQUIVALENT TEST APPARATUS PRINTING PLATE
    .
    Vintage, would make a nice collection for any transportation  or highway buff. Will also include a printed copy of the 2011 CalTrans report which has the exact diagram printed (See Pic #9). Plate is mounted on a block of wood and measures 9" x 6" x 1". Plate will need to be cleaned, that will be left up to the discretion of the winner.
    Payment is expected within Three (3) Days of auction end. Appropriate State Sales Tax, if any, will be collected by eBay.
