Shipping
I will ship 3 or 4 times a week. This is my job. As of 1/24/2021 the post office has NEVER lost a package of mine coming or going. Never. So you are in good hands here. If you want to know when i am shipping ask. Please do not ask after you buy it comes off bad. Again very friendly with multiple purchases i prefer to talk and have a conversation about it so dont hesitate on that.
Cancels
Not doing it. Ever. If you make a mistake thats cool but if we dont pay for our mistake we dont learn from them. Everyone here has a role and if we do our best we will take care of business. So do not ask to cancel a purchase please i will say no every single time no exceptions whatsoever. If you missed something in the description and want to swap something out thats totally cool say so. No cancels.
Repeat Customers
Thank you. That is what makes the whole thing work here and i am very grateful for all of you and you all know who you are. Hope to meet more cool people too. I truly consider these people my friends and its a good thing too because i dont have too many other friends haha. You can always stop by and pick up a figure or two but my buddies know, specifically my joe buddies, that there are a lot of things someone like me can do for someone like you if i know what you want and like. I dont believe in millennial business practices like chase the new customer and forget about the old ones. I take care of the people who take care of me. Lot of gray area with this stuff i can always do more but i pick my spots and my buddies know this so keep it in mind. Loyalty will pay off.
Weed
It terrific and i smoke a lot of it. So if you are one of those people with a picky nose who like to smell their figures please do not buy from me. Not much else i can say about that i understand people are different with different priorities. If yours is a used toy smelling a certain way please buy from someone else. I get figures from many many different places some smell some dont. I am smoking bowls while shipping most days again if you dont like that cool speak with your money and dont buy from me. The goal is to avoid problems in the future.
Pricing
It is the wild wild west here with these prices it really is. I do my best to provide a fair price. Just because a price is on there doesnt make it correct by any means. At the end of the day the only rule is that things must sell so if you like an item but think its a little too much put it on your watch list because one way or another that item is gonna sell. If items dont sell i drop the prices until they do. If you want a discount on an item feel free to ask but one thing i am not a fan of is messages about discounts on items i just listed. There are plenty of people that a deal like that might appeal to not me this is my job. Fairness is always my priority.
Complaints or issues
Talk to me. If it makes sense and its fair i will handle it and probably more for your time. Thats not a satisfaction guarantee. If it takes something ridiculous to satisfy you i will tell you what i think about that. If you are a reasonable person we will have no problems at all. I have a few negative feedbacks on my account at the moment. One the guy was totally unreasonable. One the person never even contacted me and gave me a chance to fix it i reached out after the fact and still never heard back. Thats a huge reason why i am updating the description here. So if you have a problem the door is always open. But as i will tell people from time to time this isnt Walmart. I will not pay for fraud or games and roll it into the prices like they do. Your problem needs to be legit.
I apologize for some of the negativity but it really is the same issues that keep happening over and over. I take responsibility for my actions and want to provide a better experience with more clear expectations so this is what i can do. Easy guy to talk to.
