Vintage UK only released Forest Friend Bear Care Bear circa 1980s. This particular plush bear is in great vintage condition. Fur is clean & bright. Tummy icon remains tightly stitched with only slight color fading a bit around the image’s edges. Eyes and nose lack scratching or other flaws. Hair lock is present & in terrific condition, lacking frizz or tangles. Red tush heart is present, and its logo is almost perfect with the exception of a couple tiny faded specks in the lettering, and they are only noticeable on extremely close inspection. White care tags are present with the red lettering visible still. One of the absolute best Forest friends I’ve ever seen, and he was in my personal collection for quite awhile before I found one that’s absolute mint. While this guy is priced a little higher than most Forest Friend Bears, you’re paying for superior quality, just like I did when originally purchased. This Forest Friend is for the discerning collector and/or fan; he’s a special guy!
