You are buying 2 Volvo MD2040 engines 2 120S Saildrives 2 Volvo 2 two blade Folding Props.
Condition is "Used", both have 1600 hours. Starboard side needs a quick rebuild and the kit is included with the sale! We had sand get in the heat exchanger and the engine got a little warm. No significant destruction, just a small amount of bearing damage. The crank and internals are fine. There are videos of the teardown by the mechanic and I on our blog.
The saildrives were just serviced. The port side prop is brand new because a mechanic had left a nut loose and lost the original. A new one was flown in from Denmark and has 30 hours on it. There is also a new Ambassador rope cutter on that side, and a good used one on the starboard side.
Please ask if you have any questions. These engines would just need a quick freshening to be ready. They are the same as the Perkins and Kubota that are used in many other applications.
Port engine has 60 psi of oil pressure cold and 50 psi after 8 hours of running. Starboard will need bearings and is already torn down, and in a plastic storage box. Rebuild kit has pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, and seals. A quick hone and cleaning will make it ready to go.
