Rolex Oman Khanjar dial

Rolex Oman Khanjar dial.
I purchased this with an 18038 that also had a rare double strand Stella dial. The owner had collected lots of extra parts for his day date, which was a popular thing to do in the 1980’s. I took this to my local Rolex dealership and Rolex will not speak to its originality as per company policy. I also took it to my watch guy and he looked it over and believed it to be all original.
I provide this information for full transparency-this is a vintage used item that shows signs of wear. The crown and markers are blank - the print on the dial is a golden color and the Khanjar is in red- the back has the number 121 1311 and appears to have another number below that that I cannot make out.
