TranTek Systems TEKCEL 1000 GMAW welding cell with Fanuc 100 iD Welding Robot a Lincoln Power Wave or Miller Auto Continuum welding package. TranTek Systems has a complete line of standard automation cells that can be used for many applications including welding, assembly, inspection, and dispensing.
The TEKCELs are pre-engineered for short lead times, competitively priced, come with base programs and are fully tested ready to perform from our build floor.
TEKCEL 1000 - Welding option The TEKCEL 1000 offers a pre-engineered automation cell that can be adapted to a variety of factory solutions that include welding, assembly, inspection, dispensing and more.  The base automation cell configuration is designed to provide a high level of technical capability for multiple process applications.
The TEKCEL 1000 also offers factory friendly design considerations such as rear entry doors for ease of access to tooling, internal wire and piping runs, clutter free cell environment with hidden fasteners for a hazard free floor and ease of cleaning.
CONFIGURATION:
One piece steel base with hole pattern for table mounting,  Robot riser with hole pattern to match robot selection,  Formed steel front and side panels with viewable window,  Interlocked Manual door,  Aluminum framed polycarbonate back wall and side doors,  (2) Safety gates with solenoid locking and internal releases, (2) LED work cell lights, Power Distribution panel – high voltage and low voltage,  PLC –AB 5069 L306ERS2 Compact Guard Logix 5380 Safety Controller,  HMI- Pro-Face 7” Color Touch Screen,  Tooling connectivity on each side of work cell with Ethernet I/O availability,  ½” drip leg, filter, regulator and lockout, (1) cycle start button,  Fixture table 84” x 24” x ¾” aluminum with legs.
