You are paying ONLY for my time and labor to make the invitation. This auction is for a copy that I will send to you in a JPEG file format.
You can print at home as many copies of the invitation as you would like,
electronically send
directly
to all your family and friends, or send them to a retailer that makes prints!!
(NOTE:
Please be aware
!!! If you pay via e-check (through PayPal), your e-check MUST clear before I can gather your information and proceed. This can add 3 to 14 days to the process depending on your location.)
AFTER PURCHASE INFORMATION:
Once payment has been received I will send you an E-mail to your E-mail address provided to me on your E-Bay receipt.
IF THIS IS NOT A WORKING E-MAIL ADDRESS I WILL NEED YOU TO SEND ME ONE THAT WORKS. YOU CAN LEAVE ME THIS INFORMATION IN THE NOTES OR MESSAGES SECTION DURING CHECKOUT.
You will
need to send me the following information:
*Your Child's Picture (See ** Below)
*Size requested - 4x6 OR 5x7
*Birthday Year (1st, 2nd, etc.)
*Child's name, address, date of party
*RSVP information (which can include a phone number AND an e-mail address).
*At that time you can also let me know anything else you may want to include. Such as “Bring your bathing suit”, “Lunch will be served”, “Parents Welcome”, etc.
**For best results, Photo’s should be sent with the
highest resolution possible
.
No need to crop or size the picture, I will do that for you.
Once I have all the information, I will e-mail you a proof for your approval.
Now is the time to look over the final proof carefully!
ONCE YOU HAVE APPROVED THE FINAL PROOF, I cannot be responsible for errors on the invitation.
Also, once approved no further changes or additions can be made. ****I MUST have a working E-mail.  I use the one provided to me by E-bay.  If this is not the correct one for you then I will need you to provide me with one that works.
Delivery time depends entirely on how quickly we can turn around the information process.  The sooner you send the information you want on your invitation, the picture, and then approve your proof
and respond to email inquiries (if needed for revisions)
