Motoman SSF-2000 Welding Robot 6Kg Payload NX100 Control Fronius CMT Welder
Item Description
Refurbished Yaskawa Motoman SSF-2000 Welding Robot 6Kg Payload Equipped with NX100 Control System, Teach Pendant, all Cables, Fronius 3200 CMT 320A Welding Power Source, Fronius VR7000 Wire Feeder, & Fronius Robacta Welding Torch.  We completely disassemble the robotic arm, clean and inspect all speed reducer assemblies, repaint the components, replace the timing belts, inspect the wiring harness, reassemble and regrease the robot with Vigo RE0 and SK-1A Harmonic Grease.  The robot is recalibrated and run for 8 hours.  The control cabinets are cleaned, cooling fans are inspected and replaced if needed, and the system is reset back to factory default settings.  We also clean the teach pendants, replace the case and/or touchscreens if badly worn or damaged.  Lastly, we clean the Fronius Welder, Wire Feeder, and Robacta Torch Assembly.  REFURBISHED SYSTEMS DO NOT COME WITH ROBOT MOUNTING BASES AS SEEN IN THE PICTURE.  Please Allow 2 weeks to complete and test.

All Items Under 145 Lbs. will Ship Via UPS Ground, or UPS Next Day Air. We take pride in our work and go the extra mile to make sure your items are packaged properly.
Orders placed before 12:00 P.M. EST in most cases will be shipped the same day. (Unless special packaging or shipping arrangements are requested)
Next Day Air Orders need to be placed before 3:00 P.M. EST to ensure they will be processed in time. Please leave a note on your invoice if Early A.M. delivery is needed. Additional Charges will be applied for Early A.M. Delivery.

Industrial Parts R Us also provides machinery consignment sales.  Let us sell your equipment.  For a commission of 18% of the total sales price, we will post and advertise your equipment on our website and affiliate websites.  We can answer all customer questions, help arrange and quote shipping charges, and handle the transaction from start to finish.  All that is required from the seller is a few quality high resolution pictures, the Model Number, and Serial Number of the equipment.  Once we receive that information our salesmen will research the equipment, and give you our appraisal of the current market value of the machine (
our appraisal prices are only a suggestion, and we can price the machinery higher or lower depending on the customers wishes and/or to speed the sale and removal of the equipment
).  Once we have researched the equipment, we may have additional questions concerning measurements, and specific specifications of the particular piece of equipment in order to provide our customers with the most accurate and detailed description of the machine as possible.  We may also request more pictures of the machinery or special shots to be included in order to provide the best detail to our customers and to ensure a speedy sale.  Rigging and prepping services can also be provided by Industrial Parts R Us at an additional charge depending on the size and location of the equipment.
