Our Product Testing Policy
We source our products from many different places, but we take all our sales seriously and try to provide only quality, working products.
Items such as remote controls, modems, routers, clocks, phones, CD players, electronic toys, things with batteries, things that plug into a wall, etc., are tested prior to listing whenever possible. When an item cannot be completely tested, such as a remote control or a modem tied to a specific vendor that we do not have access to, we still test for “Out-of-the-box” functionality such as making sure they power on, buttons respond, testable functions work, noises are made, etc!
All other items
we use our best judgment and research as to their quality, functions, authenticity and condition using the same resources available to any consumer.
