    Description

    Will work on;
    Bohn, Peerless, Chandler, Perlick, True, Beverage Air, Larkin, Climate Masters, Russell, Leer, Turbo Air and all low-temperature evaporators/blowers that have electric defrost heaters.
    Walk-In Freeze, 3-wire Evaporator heater Control disc.
    *This is the safety disc that does two things...
    (1) It closes the circuit between Red and Black when the temperature gets to warm (45 F) and brings the evaporator coil out of defrost by energizing the "X" terminal on the time close which is a solenoid that
    punches
    the time clock out of defrost.
    (2) it brings the fans on thru Red to Brown when the coil temperature gets cold (35 F) which prevents the water from being thrown on the
    ceiling
    of the freeze and it also helps reduce the load on the compressor after the warm defrost cycle.
    Many techs call it "The Three-Wire Safety Disc."
    It will work on almost all walk-in freezer
    coils.
