    Description

    Hello buyers! I'm selling a
    Carrera Slot Car
racing track! I bought the track, remote, and adapter in 2016, but they are
lightly used and all function just as well as when I first bought this!
With this track, you will get: The full car track with all the attachment pieces, 1 Carrera Slot car, 1 remote, and the adapter. More details on each item below.
(USPS Parcel Select Ground is how I will ship this). Local buyers can pick up.
Total weight of all pieces: Tracks, Car, Adapter, and Attachment pieces: 13 lb. 2 oz.
    The Track:
Dimensions are 124 inches by 51 inches.
There are two different lanes on the track, and the car can go on both of those lanes.
Has a hub section where the remote and adapter are connected.
    NOTE:
The hub has 4 terminals where you can connect remotes, only Terminal 1 will work. The hub also has a "Digital 132" section and "Digital 124" section. The buttons on the Digital 124 section do not work with the car and remote. (The 2 buttons are for the car pit stop, they aren't necessary for the track to function). The other section has 2 buttons - the on/off button for the entire track and a countdown sound for racing.
Has a cool piece where the car can change lanes! (Info on how to use in remote section).
Has a small bridge section where the track elevates, no support is needed below it since it is a small amount of elevation.
The track is from 2015, but it still works like a charm and does not fail - I tested it multiple times. Be sure to clean out the slots every now and then to prevent dust collection.
Track has few streaks and marks on it, but they are barely noticeable and do not effect the track or how well it works.
    The Car:
Dimensions are 5.5 inches by 2.5 inches.
Has a feature where the headlights can be turned on and off at will (See remote for details).
Attached under the car is a small rectangle-shaped piece of plastic - this is where the car connects to track to work.
Is a replica of the Porsche 917k, with a slick red and white look. I bought this car separately in 2017 and barely used it, so its finish still gleams!
No scratches, streaks, or nicks whatsoever on it.
    The Remote:
Standard Carrera Digital 132 remote, colors are black and blue.
Has a coiled rubber wiring that can stretch with a terminal that can easily be connected and removed from the track hub.
Has an accelerator button at the top. Press and hold this to make the car race around the track.
The further you push the accelerator button down, the faster the car goes, but I would not recommend going too fast around the turns, as the car can fling off the track. This doesn't do any damage to the car or track though, but it may leave some scratches on the car if it hits a rough surface. (Tested this with one of the older cars I had).
Has a red function button which can turn the car lights on and make the car change lanes. Press the button once to turn the lights on or off, or press and hold the button before the car reaches the "change lanes" track piece to make it change lanes!
Note: One remote can control 2 cars! Adds some fun to the racing!
    The Adapter:
Standard 120V adapter that runs at 100 watts and 60Hz (More details on the picture of the adapter)
Has a standard cable which can go directly into the wall, and a terminal which can easily be connected or removed to the track hub.
Additional Pieces: I will pack these in the shipping box. There are red clips that serve as locks to keep each piece of the track tight and secure to the other. You don't have to put these on tracks, but if you find that there are track pieces that constantly slip, you can use these clips to make sure they won't.
    Assembly:
The pieces of the track will not be attached together when you receive the package - you would have to assemble these yourself. I will label each piece in the order that you would attach them together for your ease. To clarify, you would assemble this "clockwise" - starting with the hub  at the bottom center and then building the pieces clockwise until you reach the other end of the hub. If you still need help, feel free to contact me!
The way to attach tracks together is pretty self explanatory, but just in case, each track has a few "prong" like figures , which go in the holes of other tracks. There is also a slot on the left and right of each track where you can put red clips to lock pieces together.
Connecting the remote and power adapter is simple - just insert the remote cable into terminal 1 (leftmost terminal on hub) and gently push in until you hear a click. The adapter can go straight in the wall and connects to the right side of the hub.
That's about all! If you choose to purchase this, thank you, and I hope you are just as satisfied with this product as I was when I bought it off the shelves!
