This is a new 13 pin set released by the Disney Store for Christmas, and it features Pooh dressed as different versions of Santa from around the world.
Other pins in this set are pin#16590 up to and including pin#16602
You are buying a set of 12 pins. Pin #16602, 20th Century America, is NOT included.
The felting has deteriorated over time and has started to fall off on some of the pins.
