6-axis industrial robot with maximum power and resistance. The IRB 6640  has different range (from 2750 mm to 3200mm)  and  payload (205 and 130kg). It has a doll with a compact structure and anti-collision system. It has excellent inertia capabilities, simplified forklift pockets and easy maintenance, its ability to bend behind itself provides greater accessibility in the work area which is ideal for those loaded production lines. Its improvements include shorter cycle times through more specific movements, monitoring of internal loads of the robot to avoid overloading reaching an optimal life of the robot and greater path performance. Suitable for material handling, machine tending, spot welding, high pressure deburring, immersion cleaning, water jet cleaning.
